DIY Service Tip for your Matrix Treadmill
Ready Fitness Service Guru Ray Clinton has three quick steps to give your treadmill a little love. All you need is a vacuum, a microfiber cloth, soap, and water:
1) Remove screws holding the motor cover. Vacuum inside, around, and under the treadmill to help the motor work more efficiently.
2) Reinstall motor cover. Use a microfiber cloth to wipe the screen and buttons.
3) With a mild soapy solution, wipe down the entire treadmill except the screen and console
Nutrition Tip: Kick processed food from your grocery cart
Shop the perimeter – Focus on the outer aisles of the supermarket where you’ll find fresh produce, meats, dairy, and eggs.
Keep it Simple: Look for items with a short ingredient list, if you can’t pronounce it, don’t eat it!
